Doak and Lincoln Creeks Riparian Habitat Enhancement Project
Fish Friendly Farming program staff are working with Robert Mondavi Winery and Martha’s Vineyard, Fish Friendly Farming program participants, to implement invasive non-native plant removal and native plant revegetation along Doak Creek and Lincoln Creek. Invasive plants to be removed include: blue periwinkle, Himalayan blackberry, Spanish broom, French broom, acacia, tree-of-heaven, eucalyptus seedlings, and ornamental cactus. Native riparian trees and understory plants will be installed once the invasive plants are removed.
