Dry Creek Dam Removal Project

A seasonal dam on Dry Creek was recently removed through a partnership with the Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS), Napa County Resource Conservation District, the Fish Friendly Farming program, and Hall Winery. This project will allow for the migration of threatened steelhead trout to upstream spawning areas.

With funding from the Natural Resource Conservation Service, oversight by the
Napa County Resource Conservation District and cooperation from Hall Winery, the dam was removed.
